Enterprise

Reconciliation infrastructure
for brands running COD
at real scale.

Solo and Pro are built for finding what one courier run owes a handful of brands. Enterprise is built for organizations where COD reconciliation isn't a monthly check-in — including growing agencies whose client list has outgrown Pro. It runs itself, across every brand, every day.

If any of this sounds
like your ops week.

Enterprise exists for the accounts where Pro's ceilings start to feel like walls — including growing agencies that outgrew Pro faster than they expected to.

You run more than 5 brands

A multi-brand house, a rollup, or an agency whose client list has outgrown Pro's 5 brand ceiling and needs headroom to keep adding accounts.

Monthly audits aren't enough

Order volume is high enough that a shortfall sitting undetected for even a few days is real money. You need reconciliation running on its own, not on a checklist.

Finance, ops and clients all need visibility

More than one person needs access. Not the same access: a finance lead who should only see numbers, an ops team that runs audits, a client who should see their own brand and nothing else.

Everything in Pro,
then three things change.

Every item below is a real, shipped capability, not a roadmap promise. Where something has a nuance worth knowing, it's noted.

More headroom on what Pro already does

Same capabilities you already know: the ceilings just come off.

01

12 brands included

More available as an add-on. Every brand-creation path, Shopify connect, brand sync, manual add, enforces the same account-wide limit, so headroom is real, not a soft cap.

02

Unlimited audit runs

Solo gets 2 a month, Pro gets 10. Enterprise has no monthly ceiling at all. Run reconciliation as often as your operation needs it.

03

Unlimited order history

Solo and Pro reconcile the first 30 to 31 days of order history in an uploaded export. Enterprise has no such window: a longer historical export gets reconciled end to end, not just the recent slice of it.

+

Add-ons, when the base package isn't enough

Extra brands, extra seats and custom requirements are all available beyond the base package - scoped and priced with us directly, the same conversation that sets up your account in the first place.

Automation Pro doesn't have at all

Reconciliation that runs on its own, and tells the right systems the moment it finds something.

04

Shopify autopilot

Once enabled for your account, PayTrace pulls fresh Shopify orders and runs reconciliation automatically on an hourly cycle. Nobody has to log in and click Run Audit. Turned on during onboarding, not a self-serve toggle

05

Email alerts + webhook push

Every autopilot or API-triggered run can notify by email and push a signed webhook, HMAC-signed with a dedicated per-webhook secret, separate from your API key, straight to your own systems.

06

Scheduled report delivery

Reports land on the same hourly cadence as autopilot, by design: real, automatic delivery rather than something you have to remember to export.

Team and client access, done properly

More than one person needs in. Not all of them need the same access.

07

8 team seats, role-based access

More seats available as an add-on. Viewer roles get genuine read-only access: they can see runs and flags but can't trigger an audit, sync a brand, or touch a client portal. Enforced server-side, not just hidden in the UI.

08

Client viewer portals

Give a client, finance stakeholder, or courier contact a read-only, secret-link view of one brand's results, without a full PayTrace login. Access is checked server-side on every view.

What actually changes
when you move up.

Real access controls,
not a promise in a PDF.

The same handling standard applies across every tier. Enterprise layers its own role and portal controls on top.

Processed, not stockpiled

Order and remittance data you upload or sync is used to produce your reconciliation results. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

Role-based access, enforced server-side

Viewer, ops and admin roles are checked on every mutating request: running an audit, syncing a brand, generating a key. Never just hidden behind a UI toggle.

Scoped, revocable sharing

Client viewer portals and API keys can each be regenerated or revoked independently, without affecting anyone else's access to your account.

Questions we get
before onboarding.

Pro covers up to 5 brands with priority support and API access. Enterprise raises every ceiling and adds automation Pro doesn't have: 12 brands in the base package (more as an add-on), unlimited runs instead of 10 a month, unlimited order history instead of a 31 day window, Shopify autopilot, webhook push, client viewer portals, and 8 role-based seats instead of Pro's 3. It's priced and provisioned per account rather than self-serve checkout.

Enterprise accounts are set up by our team, not self-serve. We create your org, connect your brands, set up your team seats, and turn on Shopify autopilot as part of getting you live. That's also why extra brands or seats beyond your plan get arranged through us rather than a checkout flow. There is no self-serve add-on purchase yet.

Yes, but it isn't a self-serve upgrade inside the app the way Solo to Pro is. Pro's in-app upgrade flow deliberately doesn't offer Enterprise as an option, so pricing, brand count and seats get scoped correctly with us first. Reach out when you're ready and we'll walk you through the move.

You give us an endpoint URL and PayTrace signs every push with a dedicated per-webhook secret (HMAC), separate from your API key, so you can verify it came from us. The payload tells you which brand ran, when, how many orders were flagged, and the total amount at risk. That's enough to trigger a Slack alert, a ticket, or a row in your own ops dashboard.

A portal is a read-only, secret-link view of one brand's results: built for a client, a finance stakeholder, or a courier account manager you want to give visibility to without handing them a full PayTrace login. You create, regenerate or revoke each portal yourself, and access is checked server-side on every view.

Enterprise includes 8 seats with role-based access, more available as an add-on. Viewer seats get real read-only access. They can see runs, flags and recovery status, but can't trigger an audit, sync a brand, generate an API key, or touch a client portal. That boundary is enforced on the backend, on every request, not just hidden in the interface.

No. Uploaded and synced order and remittance data is processed to produce your reconciliation results and is not sold or shared with third parties. This is the same handling standard PayTrace applies across every tier.

Enterprise starts from 9,999 rupees a month and is scoped to your brand count, seat count and support needs during a sales conversation. It isn't a self-serve checkout like Solo or Pro. Contact us and we'll size a plan and walk you through onboarding.
